Connections Support Group Facilitator

NAMI’s Connection Recovery Support Group Program is a peer-based, mutual support group for adults living with a mental health condition.

These groups provide a place that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope.

We are currently looking to have more in-person peer support groups in Hennepin County and believe this could be a great support for the community.

Connection Recovery Support Group facilitators will be trained by NAMI Minnesota and follow a structured model.
